Your wedding ceremony can be just the two of you for an intimate marriage with no guests or witnesses. Either casual dress or something more formal, you can have the wedding you want. I have the experience to make your wedding day be everything you want it to be. In my many years of experience, I have worked with couples from every walk of life to celebrate their wedding day.
Whatever your circumstances or situation may be, I will guide you through the process of creating your perfect wedding day.
Your wedding day is a time to celebrate, and not a day to be stressed out.
With the proper planning, this is easily achieved.
I can assist you with interfaith, ethnic, and cultural needs if you want to incorporate them into your wedding ceremony. Ways to include children in the ceremony can also be a special need a couple may have. I can help you with all of these, and any other situations you may have. Together, we’ll create your perfect wedding day.

The Legal Matters – Getting
Married in Massachusetts
Congratulations! Now that you have decided to get married, the following information will be useful to help you with the necessary legal matters.
Some Massachusetts laws have been changed during the past few years.
1. Blood tests are No Longer required to be married in Massachusetts. Also, although always welcome, witnesses are not required in Massachusetts.
2. A Certificate of Marriage is needed in order to be legally married. This may be obtained by both parties going to their city or town hall together to file their intentions to be married. You must be at least 18 years old to do so.
3. The 3 day waiting period is still in place, so after your visit to your city or town clerk’s office, you may pick up your Certificate of Marriage 3 days later. The wedding ceremony can then be held before the expiration date listed on this document.
4. It is Important to remember that there are timelines involved with this document. It is good for 60 days from the day you first apply. So don’t do this step too soon; this document does have an expiration date. The best rule of thumb is to do this about 30 days before you plan on being married, that way nothing will expire.
5. Fees for this Certificate of Marriage may vary by city or town. It is always a good idea to call your city or town clerk to ask what their fee is for this. They are also your best source to answer any legal or other questions you may have. The fees that a Justice of the Peace may charge are set by state law; you will never pay more than the allowed fee for my services. In addition, I can give you advice that can save you hundreds, and even thousands of dollars in unnecessary wedding related costs, while at the same time, insuring that you have a dignified and first class wedding. I will always help you in every way I can; to avoid paying unethical or illegal charges. My fee as set by state law( to officiate a wedding in my home city of Worcester is $100.00 a ceremony; officiated outside of Worcester is $150.00). Fees are subject to change according to state law.
A deposit to hold and reserve a date is required – This deposit is Non-Refundable.
I am also available to assist people who wish to “Renew Their Wedding Vows”

Your wedding day is a celebration of your love and commitment. It should reflect your own unique personalities, and with your input be personalized just for you.
